Feng Cha Joins the Marqe Lineup!

Beyond standard milk tea with boba, Feng Cha offers fresh fruit tea and a variety of desserts, including six flavors of specialty sponge cakes. There is also a delectable treat called a “Strawberry Castle,” a parfait-like dessert with layers of cake and strawberries. Still, one of Feng Cha’s most popular drinks is a boba drink called the “Dirty Boba,” a traditional milk tea topped with house-made cheese foam and a crème brûlée topping. Plus, their drink menu is completely customizable and can accommodate diets devoid of lactose, dairy, gluten, or caffeine!

MarqE retail center in Spring Branch kicks off multiyear renovation project

Houston-based developer, Levcor, unveiled a redesign of the MarqE retail complex that will bring new outdoor and retail spaces to the shopping, dining, and entertainment complex near the Spring Branch and Memorial areas.

“Modernizing the functionality of MarqE will create a better-connected environment for our guests and retail partners, while updating the aesthetics will create a fresh and inviting center for locals and visitors alike,” said Justin Levine, vice president at Levcor. “We are working diligently to create an expanded, family-friendly experience at MarqE that highlights the diversity and culture of Houston. Adding new restaurants, retail shops and entertainment concepts to our center will further expand the options found in our world-class city.”

Common Bond revs up On-the-Go service to Spring Branch and Memorial

First introduced last year, Common Bond On-The-Go slims down the bakery and cafe’s offerings to a core menu of items that can be served quickly such as breads, sweets, and pastries along with savory items like sandwiches and salads. Like the other On the Go locations in The Heights and Garden Oaks, the Spring Branch location offers customers the ability to walk-in or drive-thru.

MarqE brings 5 new experiences to retail center including Van Gogh

Levcor has infused its MarqE shopping and entertainment complex with five new tenants focused on delivering experiences including an immersive Van Gogh art exhibit. The Houston-based developer owns and operates the center at the Katy Freeway and Silber in the Memorial in Spring Branch areas.
